Walk the talk

If you have answered YES! then you will love walk the talk coaching. 

In one two hour session you will have exercised both your mind and your body, made some decisions and created that much needed action plan.

Have you ever noticed how when you are out walking you seem to find so many things to talk about and when you get to your destination everything seems so clear.  Now imagine if the whole two hours were dedicated to helping you to find solutions to problems and uncovering opportunities for change and growth?

How it works

In session 1 we meet at your offices so that I can soak up your organisational information and find out more about what you want to achieve.  All other sessions (unless the weather is so awful that we can't face it....) are held outside walking.

Sessions are not limited to 2 hours and are flexible by agreement.  If you want to walk 10 miles, lets do it!

What you need?

Sesnsible walking shoes or boots, the tracks are often muddy.  Warm clothing in layers.  Small rucksack to hold snacks and water.  An open mind.

Dogs

Yes you can bring your dog. We will need to ensure that our walk is suitable for dogs.
