COVID-19 and keeping you safe through 2021

We believe our role in serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one, and we want to make sure our customers have access to heating and hot water while protecting our installers. We are listening closely to government advice, and also taking our customer’s needs into consideration. We want to be able to offer the best service possible, while keeping our colleagues and customers safe. 

Our office based staff are now working from home, but we can carry out installations and repairs. If your boiler isn't working you can book an installation or repair with us by sending us an email at [email protected] or calling us on 0800 612 5050.

Below you can find out what steps we are taking to keep our customers and installers as safe as possible during this difficult time.

  • We will ask questions about any underlying health conditions, ask if anyone is self-isolating, or has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • We will also ask if they have travelled abroad recently.
  • Where there is a language barrier, we advise that we need to speak to someone who can translate so we can carry out the above checks. 


What extra precautions are we taking to help minimise the risk to installers visiting customer premises?

  • We will thoroughly clean any surface around the workspace, before and after installation.
  • No handshake on arrival and will stay at least 6 foot away from any person at a time, preferable in a seperate room to where the engineers are working.
  • Any engineers who have symptoms will not be working and will self-isolate.


We will continue to actively monitor Government advice regarding COVID-19 guidelines and actively change the way we work in 2021 where required to ensure both our customer and installer's safety.
